What We Need From Your Team
You don't need to have every detail finalized before contacting us.
To prepare an accurate installation proposal, the following information is helpful:
- Event date and venue
- Floor plan and table count
- Areas selected for candle styling
- Planner, florist, and venue contacts
- Load-in access and elevator restrictions
- Required setup completion time
- Venue flame policy
- Lighting and teardown windows
- Relevant event production schedule
We review the available information and clarify the remaining details before the candle plan is finalized.

DESIGNED FOR THE VENUE
Live Flame, LED and Venue Requirements
Every venue has its own requirements for candle installations.
Some permit live flame under specific conditions. Others require enclosed flames or prohibit real flame altogether.
We review the venue's stated restrictions before confirming the installation approach.
Where permitted, live flame can be considered. Where it is restricted, a flameless LED alternative may be proposed, subject to available materials and the venue's approval.
If the venue requires insurance documentation, permits, an attendant, or specific installation conditions, please include those details with your inquiry so they can be reviewed before the proposal is finalized.
