ONE CANDLE PARTNER
Our service is designed for clients, planners, and venues that want a completed candlelight installation rather than individual rental pieces that still need to be transported, arranged, lit, removed, and cleaned.
We manage the candle scope as one coordinated project—from the first placement plan to the final collection.
FULL-SERVICE CANDLE RENTAL

We recommend the candle quantities, heights, groupings, and placement for the areas included in your project.
We provide the agreed clear glass vessels, white pearled wax, wicks, and materials needed to complete the approved installation.
We confirm the relevant flame policy, access requirements, setup timing, and removal window with you, your planner, or the venue contact.
The candleware and materials are transported to the venue within the agreed access window.
Every vessel is placed according to the approved candle plan and coordinated with the tables, florals, furnishings, architecture, and guest pathways.
Where live flame is permitted, the candles are lit at the agreed time in preparation for the event.
We return during the agreed removal window, take down the installation, collect the candleware and materials, and transport them for cleaning.
On-site candle attendance can be included when required by the venue or event plan and confirmed in the proposal.
PLANNED FOR THE SPACE
A candle installation should not be calculated from guest count alone. We review how the event will use the space and where candlelight will have the greatest visual effect without interfering with guest movement or event production.
You do not need to determine the final candle quantity before contacting us. We use the available event details to recommend an appropriate scale.

A CLEARLY DEFINED SCOPE
Each proposal is prepared for the specific event and defines the candle installation being offered.
PROJECT-SPECIFIC PRICING

Pricing is based on the complete installation rather than only the number of glass vessels.
Material changes to the floor plan, quantities, access schedule, or selected areas may require the scope to be revised.
CANDLELIGHT OPTIONS
The appropriate candlelight option depends on the venue’s policy and the conditions of the event.
We do not represent venue permission, permits, fire approval, or other third-party authorization as automatically included.
